Well this is your lucky day!! I just happen to have what you are looking for.
CRANBERRY BREAD
1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup all purpose white flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp grated orange rind (avoid white part - too bitter) 1 cup sugar 2/3 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible) 1 large egg - beaten 3 tbsp canola or vegetable oil 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or your favorite 1 1/2 cups cranberries - uncooked
1) Sift together dry ingredients 2) Combine orange juice, egg, orange rind and the oil 3) Add all at once to dry mixture 4) Stir enough to moisten 5) Add nuts and cranberries and mix well to distribute all over 6) Bake in a greased 9 x 5 inch pan for 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven
