I received this email and won't be around much this weekend so thought I'd post the request here to see if anyone has the answer! I hope you can help Harriet!
Do you know of a substitution for sweetened condensed milk, say for example in macaroons? So how would I 'condense' milk - I've got a 'sweetener' I want to use instead of sugar.

If you look on page 2 of the posts you will find something I posted concerning sweetened condensed milk. You may use a sweetener like Splenda or Equal instead of the sugar. You substitute equal amounts. 1 cup=1cup
