Hi to all the great Chef's and all the other's like me who just like to cook.
I am looking for a "Brushetta" recipe, the type where you start with fresh herbs and spices, tomatoes and peppers, onions and olives then mix / blend and you can store in the fridge.

I USUALLY MAKE MINE AS FOLLOWS:
TOASTED FRENCH BAGUETTE AND THEN I TAKE A CLOVE OF GARLIC AND RUB IT ON ONE SIDE OF THE BREAD. I THEN TAKE ROMA TOMATOES AND REMOVE THE SEEDS RED ONION PITTED KALAMATA OLIVES (NEVER USE CANNED) I THEN CHOP THE TOMATOES,ONION AND OLIVES INTO 1/4" PIECES I THEN ADD OLIVE OIL, A BIT OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR,SALT AND BLACK PEPPER I THEN TAKE FRESH BASIL,CHOP IT UP AND ADD TO THE MIXTURE I THEN TAKE A GOOD SOUPSPOON OF THE MIXTURE AND PUT IT ON THE BREAD THERE REALLY ISN'T A QUANTITY FOR THE RECIPE AS YOU CAN MAKE THIS FOR 2 PEOPLE OR 20 PEOPLE. JUST ADJUST THE QUANTITIES ACCORDINGLY ENJOY
