We recently received an email from one of users in New Zealand. They've gotten a recipe from the United States that calls for Marshmellow Creme. Evidently this isn't something they have there and they're looking for a substitution for it. Off the top of my head I cannot think of anything that work. I don't have any other details about the recipe. Any one have any ideas? They'll be checking our message board for ideas or suggestions!
Thanks!
Happy Holidays!

Here is a very easy recipe for marshmallow creme
3 egg whites 2 cups light corn syrup 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract
In a large mixer bowl, combine the egg whites, syrup and salt. Beat for 10 minutes at medium speed until thick Add the sugar at low speed Then add the vanilla extract and beat until blended Makes about two quarts.
Enjoy
