Post subject: I'm a student who's supposed to make soup for 30, any tips? Posted: Sun Apr 10, 2005 9:48 am |

I'm on an exchange in Hong Kong and one thing that's a really neat idea is that we have soup together every weds. at midnight. The thing is, my turn to cook is coming up, I am working with one of the guys but it might be fun to try to do a western style soup. If anyone has any suggestions what kind makes any sense to make for 30 that would be awesome!
Oh and don't worry, I can cook. With a couple friends we did Thanksgiving for about 25 earlier this year.
Thanks in advance!

Go into the recipe section of this site under soups and check out Carrot Soup a la Joe. This recipe doubles and triples very well. Easy to make and delicious.
