I hope this is it!
Pepper Bread Recipe
2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup warm water
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup warm water
Combine all dry, plus butter into food processor with steel blade.
Process to combine.
Add 3/4 c water and process until dough comes together.
Add 1 cup flour, process and add remaining water.
Process until dough forms ball and cleans side of machine.
Process 30 minutes to knead.
Dough should be smooth and soft, not sticky or dry.
Put into large greased bowl, cover and put in warm place to rise to about double its original size (about 1 hour).
Punch down, form into 2 sticks, put onto greased and corn mealed pan.
Grease top of loaves and let double in size( about 1 hour).
Heat oven to 350 for 15 minutes.
Bake 15 minutes, spin around tray, bake 10 more until golden brown.
Serve warm...great for dipping
