To celebrate the season I got a new device for grilling chicken. You can see it here:

I anticipate this will be a real cool way to do chicken in various flavors. Just change the dry rub used. The rack comes with a cajun dry rub but I'm sure that Brinkmann's Fried Turkey Rub'n Spice will serve nicely also.
Throw on some rice with chicken gravy and ya got a happening meal for sure.
