3)To make egg holes--cut a circle out of a bread slice using a small drinking glass. Toast and butter egg ring lightly. Place bread ring on open Forman Grill and coo eggs to desired thickness
4) Drop salmon fillets (even frozen) onto a piece of foil. Add garlic, lemon peper or marinade, wrap foil around salmom amd pop it on grill for 5 min. (or less).
5) Roll thawed pizza dough into a six inch circle. Place on grill and cook until marks are visible. Turn, and add toppings of your own choosing. Pace lid on grill nd cook until cheese melts
6)Greek stlye Turkey Burgers---
!/3 cup dry bread crmbs
1 egg white, slightly beaten
! Tbs milk
5 Tbs Italian salad dressing mix, divided
1 Lb lean uncooked ground turkey
4 Pitas
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 recpe Greek sausa (*see below)
Combine bread crumbs, egg white, milk and half of salad dressingmix. add turkey. Mix well. Shape turkey into patties
Grill turkey burgers 8-9 minutes. Serve in pitas with Greek sausa
GREEK SALSA--- Mix 2 tbs white vinegar, 2 tbs olive oil,and half of salad dessing mix ( about 2 1/2 tbs.) Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4cup chopped cucumber and 1/4 cup chopped pitted olives and mix.
7)Tequilla chicken wings
5 lbs chicken wings, upper and lower joints separated
2 tbs tiquilla
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups bottled hot sauce
Lime juice to taste
1 tbs garlic powder or fresh pressed (to taste) garlic
Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley to taste
Black pepper to taste
Place wings on grilland cover with lid. Cook wings 20 to 25 mintes, turning at least three times. Mix remaining ingredients to make a sauce. After wings are done, bathe them in the sauce and serve
