Hello there.. I think if you try this, you'll find lots of information.. I would recommend going to a search engine.. my favorite is http://www.google.com and type in the words "Beet Bread" use the quote marks around the words.. or try "Beet Bread Recipes" I think this will help you in your search. Let us know how it turns out!

Here is a recipe that you might like


BEET BREAD

1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can beets - 16oz - drained - reserve liquid
3 cup all purpose flour - sifted
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon dry ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated orange zest


Beat brown sugar,eggs and oil until light and fluffy.
Purée beets in a blender until smooth and then beat into egg mixture.
Blend flour,baking soda,pumpkin pie spice,ginger,salt and orange zest.
Fold flour mixture into batter and mix well.
Put batter into a well greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour

GLAZE
1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
The reserved beet juice

Combine and simmer over low heat until thickened.
Pour over while bread is still warm.
ENJOY
