7 Layer Dip A Texas Party Favorite! |

1 can fat -free refried beans 16 oz. fat free sour cream 1 packet low sodium taco season 2-3 cups sharp cheddar or mexican blend cheese 1 can crushed black olives 8 oz. (or 4 avacados worth) guacamole 2 small tomatoes, chopped and seeded 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Mix taco seasoning in sour cream well.
In a pie dish or comparable serving dish, add 1/2 can refried beans, 1/2 can of olives, 1/2 of the sour cream, 1/2 the guacamole, and 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat process and garnish with lettuce and tomato on the top. Be sure to use strong chips!
