Antipasto A Wonderful Dish to Nibble On! |

1 cup ripe olives 1/4 cup chopped green olives 1 cup chopped pickled onions 1/4 cup cooking oil 1 small chopped green pepper 1 cup chopped cauliflower 2 1/4 cups ketchup 12 oz chopped mixed pickles 1 lb. chopped, cooked mushrooms 7 oz. canned tuna lemon juice salt and pepper

Any ingredients that need chopping should be finely chopped.
Put the olives, onions, oil, green pepper and cauliflower in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes and then add the next 3 ingredients.
Return to a boil and then simmer for 10 more minutes. Stir often so that the mixture does not stick.
Add the tuna, remove from heat and chill for several hours.
Add a little lemom juice if you would like it a bit sharper. Salt and pepper to taste.
