Artichoke Dip
1 can marinated artichoke hearts(chop em up good)
2 Tbls. butter or margerine
3-4 Tbls. mayonaise, to taste
4-5 Tbls. parmesian cheese, to taste
seasoned bread crumbs (enough to cover top of an 8x8 Pyrex dish

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Brown bread crumbs in butter till golden brown.

In an 8x8x2 Pyrex dish, chop hearts into small pieces and add mayo and cheese. Mix well adding more or less to taste.

Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and place in preheated oven approximately 20 minutes or till golden brown and HOT!

Great with Ritz crackers or any crackers!
