Belizean Guacamole

2 large,ripe avocados 1 lime 1tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 cup ripe tomatoes marinated in vinegar or lime juice

peel avocados and cut in centre, take out the seed and put the avocados in a large bowl. mash avocado until it becomes creamy and pasty. add the juice of 1 lime, salt,and pepper. stir while adding tomatoes. Serve with corn chips, in tacos, burritos or in a sandwich.
