Bruschetta

1 loaf french bread 2-3 garlic cloves 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup olive oil 6 ounces feta cheese 6-7 fresh basil leaves 1 tomato
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread slices 1/4 inch on the bias. Place bread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake bread approximately 8 minutes. Remove bread from oven and while bread is still warm use a garlicboss to rub both sides of bread with fresh garlic. Mix butter and oil together then brush mixture on bread. Mix feta cheese and basil together and crumble on top of bread. Seed and dice tomato and place over feta cheese. Bake bread another 8-10 minutes until ingredients are warm. Serve warm.
