Cheese Ball in a Bowl Dip

1 brick of Cream Cheese
1 small can of drained crushed pineapple
Minced onion, to taste
|
Blend all ingredients together using a mixer.
Dump in a bowl and serve with Ritz crackers.
Very easy and everyone loves it!
I usually double the recipe.
