Chile Con Queso Dip White Cheese Dip! |

2 cups Asadero cheese, shredded or 2 cups Monteray Jack Cheese may be substituted. 8 oz. Jalapenos, chopped & drained 1/2 cup Half and half cream 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine 4 tsp. cumin, ground 1 tsp. salt
|
Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Makes about 2-1/2 cups or just enough for a party!
