Crab-Shrimp balls Delicious Crab/Shrimp Combo Delight!! |

1/4 lb. shrimp 1 large dun. crab claw 2 medium banana peppers 1/4 white onion 1/8 cup Italian bread crumbs 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning 1 egg 2 tsp. butter

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F.
Steam shrimp and crab claw. Take all cleaned and peeled crab and the shrimp and chop fine.
Add 1 tsp. butter to a small sauce pan. Slowly simmer cook the onion and peppers until tender.
Combine 1 tsp. butter and 1 tsp. lemon in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 5 second intervals two or three times being careful of splattering in microwave. Stir together and set aside for later.
Mix 1 tsp. lemon juice with all other ingredients( except lemon butter mix) together in a bowl.
Form into small balls (approx. 12). Place on a cooking sheet, lightly greased, place in pre-heated oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
Take out and baste with lemon butter mix. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and serve while hot. Enjoy!
