Crab Cakes Simply the Best! |

1 Pound Crab meat 1 egg 1/2 cup Cracker crumbs 2 Tbls. Chopped parsley 2 Tbls. Margarine 1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbls. Mustard salt and pepper to taste
|
Remove all cartilage from the crab meat. Mix crab with cracker crumbs and parsley. Mix other ingredients together. Lightly mix with crab meat and season to taste. Saute in a little margarine.
Makes about 8 large patties!
