Cream Cheese Roll
Cream Cheese in a Fajita Shell
1 8oz cream cheese (Softened)
1/2 Tbls. powdered garlic
1 small can of Chopped green chili peppers
1 Tbls. chopped Pimentos
2 lg (10 inch) Fajita shells

 

Mix first four ingredients together then spread over fajita shell and then roll up.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until cream cheese mix sets.

NOTE - To keep this looking nice when you slice it, you need to add cream cheese mix in the ends as you roll to have a full shell.
