Creamy Chili Cheese Dip
Cheese Dip for Appetizers!
2 lbs. ground beef (or venison)
1 Chopped Onion
1 Can Hot Rotel Tomatoes
2 Cans Pinto Beans
1 Block 'FAMOUS CHILI'(Trim off excess grease and cut up)
2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream

 

Brown meat, and add chopped onion. Add Rotel, Pinto beans, and Famous Chili*. Add 1 can of water and bring mixture to a boil.
Add 2 lbs. velveeta cheese, diced up.
Reduce the heat and allow cheese to melt. Add 1/2 pint of the whipping cream and heat.

*Famous Chili is a block of refrigerated chili that you add meat and beans to. I find it in the refrigerated section of the grocery store with the lunch meats!
