Czechoslovakian Liver Balls Great as an APPETIZER or as a MAIN dish! |

1 quart CHICKEN broth! 1 lb Chicken liver! 2 cups HELLMANN's Mayonnaise! 1 cup Czecholslovakian bread crumbs (make sure they are AUTHENTIC!)! 1 medium SLOVAKIAN onion, DICED! 1/3 cup CHOPPED Parsley! 1 EGG! 6 tablespoons ALL-purpose flour! 1-1/2 teaspoons SALT! 1/4 teaspon PEPPER! 3/4 teaspoon MARJORAM! 14 cloves garlic CRUSHED! EXTRA Garlic powder to taste!

BOIL liver in CHICKEN broth until it turns a DULL beige, then chop ROUGHLY! RESERVE broth for later! Combine liver with ALL other ingredients into a FOOD processor! Make into little BALLS and refrigerate for TWO hours! Then take the chicken broth and bring to a BOIL! Gently place the LIVER Balls into the BROTH and boil for TEN minutes! Makes about 20 LIVER balls!
