Eggroll Shanghai

1 lb. ground beef, pork or turkey 1 large yellow onion 1 large red pepper 2 stalks celery 2 carrots 1 can water chestnuts 2 pkg of eggroll wrappers (can be bought at Oriental store) need to be separated from the wrapper from each other 16oz. cooking oil 1 16oz. bottle sweet chili sauce

Chop all the ingredients and combine meat, carrots, onion, red pepper, celery and water chestnuts in one large bowl.
Add 2 eggs, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Mix until all the ingredients mix together.
Scoop 2 Tbsp of the meat and put it in the eggroll wrapper and roll, seal it with egg white.
Make about 50 eggrolls and then fry them in the deep fryer.
Serve with sweet chili sauce.
