Fake Loaded Brouchette Starter |

Tomato, garlic and herb bread Soft cheese. i.e. Brie, Camembert, Boursin or Mozzarella Fresh tomatoes Celery Fresh Parsley or Basil Olive Oil Garlic

Slice bread into doorsteps and then cut in half. Lightly toast the bread and leave to cool.
Roughly chop the parsley/basil, tomatoes and celery. Generously slice your chosen cheese and finely chop the garlic.
Place the cheese onto your toasted bread; scatter with celery then the tomato.
Garnish with finely chopped garlic and parsley/basil, and then drizzle with olive oil.
