Fast Italian-Style Bruschetta Chopped Tomato on Toasted Bread! |

4-6 slices of crusty bread (may also be done on submarine bun) 3-5 ripe tomatoes 4-5 Tbls. olive oil (preferably extra virgin) 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp. crushed dry rosemary leaves
|
Cut 4-6 slices of bread - about one inch thick and toast or place in the broiler till toasted.
Finely dice the tomatoes.
Add the finely chopped garlic cloves.
Add the oil.
Add the crushed rosemary.
Add the salt and pepper to taste. Stir all ingredients until well mixed.
Spread the mixture on the toasted bread and return to the broiler for one minute to heat.
Enjoy!
(Any crusty bun may also be used in the place of the bread)
