Garden Salsa
Flavorful Lime Salsa!
30 Roma Tomatoes
2 Medium size White Onions
2 small bunches Cilantro
2 Limes
1/4 cup Lime juice
1 Habanero pepper
2 Anaheim Peppers
4 various hot peppers, 5-6 in.
20 finger peppers, orange and red
1 Red or Orange Bell Pepper
6 quart container
3 bags Tostitos Lime Chips
1/8 cup Tequila, optional

 

This salsa recipe is for anyone tired of the garlic tomato juice labeled salsa found in a jar!!

Combine 20 chopped tomatoes, 1-1/2 white onion, finely chopped cilantro and minced red bell pepper.

Blend remaining tomatoes, onion and lime juice seperately, then add to other ingredients.

Add remaining chopped peppers to taste. Cut 1 lime in halves and squeeze or pulp into mix.

Garnish with remaining lime, either decoration-cut halves or sliced and placed on top.

Refrigerate overnight to mingle flavors.

Best served with Tostitos Lime tortilla chips!

Makes approximately 1 gallon!
