Garlic & artichoke dip
Garlicky artichoke cheese dip
Artichoke hearts(not marinated), Mayo,Italian breadcrumbs,Garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
 

Take one 14oz. can of artichoke hearts(not marinated),strain water from them, cut into small pieces, and put in a medium bowl. Take 7 cloves of garlic from a fresh bulb and chop into fine pieces, add garlic to bowl along with 1 cup of Mayo, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of Italian breadcrumbs.
Mix everything well.

Spread into the bottom of a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 mins. or until top is golden brown & crispy.

Preparation Time: 20 mins. Serves: 4 to 6
