Garlic & artichoke dip Garlicky artichoke cheese dip |

Artichoke hearts(not marinated), Mayo,Italian breadcrumbs,Garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
|
Take one 14oz. can of artichoke hearts(not marinated),strain water from them, cut into small pieces, and put in a medium bowl. Take 7 cloves of garlic from a fresh bulb and chop into fine pieces, add garlic to bowl along with 1 cup of Mayo, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of Italian breadcrumbs. Mix everything well.
Spread into the bottom of a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 mins. or until top is golden brown & crispy.
