Golden Shrimp Fries
10 medium sized Prawns
2 Tbls. besan(chick pea flour)
2 Tbls. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
a pinch of red colour
2 Tbls. ginger-garlic paste
salt
oil to fry

 

First marinade the prawns with ginger-garlic paste and salt for 2 hours or more.

Heat oil in the pan.

Make a batter from the besan, flour, baking soda and red colour. Dip the prawns and fry till done.

Place them in the middle of a plate and garnish them with fried potatoes.

Sprinkle rock salt and serve hot.
