In a large bowl place: shredded cabbage shredded carrots chopped green onions chopped brocolli bean sprouts
Add:
Terriyaki BBQ Sauce Olive Oil Oyster Flavored Sauce Worchestershire Sauce
Let these flavors marry while you prepare the chicken.
Skin and debone 3 large chicken breasts. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Dust with corn starch by placing the cubed chicken and the cup of corn starch into a gallon size zip lock bag. Shake the bag around until every piece of chicken is coated.
In a large 16 inch skillet place 1/2 cup of Olive Oil and heat skillet to a moderate warmth. Place the chicken into skillet and stir fry until chicken browns up.
Pour cooked chicken and juices into the large bowl with the vegtables. Stir and mix well.
Open egg roll wraps carefully as they tear easily. Place one on the countertop. In a small bowl place 1 beaten egg white and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Mix these together.
With a large slotted spoon, spoon out a good sized portion of the mixture onto the egg roll wrap. With the wrap placed in a triangle, fold the bottom point up over the mixture. Fold the left point over to partially enclose the egg roll. Fold the right point over to enclose the other side. With your fingers, dipped in the water and egg mixture, go around the outer edge of the upper point (completely from left to right). Roll the egg roll tucking as you go to enclose all of it.
Repeat with all wraps.
Deep fry for 5 minutes. You can fry 3 egg rolls at a time. Drain on paper towels. Serve with a sweet/sour sauce or Western Dressing.
