100 gm Grated Cottage Cheese 200 gm of Corn flour 5 pinches of Red chilli powder 30 gm Finely chopped onions 75 gm of grated carrot Salt, to taste Corn oil to shallow fry. Finely chopped Coriander and Onions for garnishing.

Mix corn flour and red chilli powder and salt and keep aside.
Mix the Grated Cottage Cheese, Grated Carrots, and finely chopped onions in a bowl and keep aside.
Mix the corn flour mixture and the carrot-cottage cheese mixture and make it into a fine dough.
Make round patties of the dough, each patty of around 6 cm diameter and 1 to 1.25 cm thick.
5Shallow fry these patties in the required amount of Corn oil till they turn golden brown.
Garnish with onions and coriander. Serve hot!
