Italian Style Deviled Eggs

6 eggs 6 tbsp real mayonnaise 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 3/4 tsp minced garlic (fresh or reconstituted dry) 3/4 tbsp dill pickle relish 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro or cilantro paste 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard 1 tbsp ground parmesan cheese

Hard boil the eggs and peal them. Split them in half separating the yolks. Mix the yolks with the other ingredients well and spoon the contents into the halved eggs. Chill. Serves 8 people.
