Jens Cheese Dip Appetizer! |

2 lbs. velveta cheese 1 red onion - chopped 1 cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. ground pork sausage 1 lb. hamburger meat 1 can Rotel tomatoes - diced variety dash of salt and pepper
|
In a skillet brown sausage and hamburger meat. Saute onions in grease from the sausage. Drain all well in a crock pot put in cheese, cream of mushroom soup, rotel tomatoes, salt, pepper, and meat/onions. Heat on low till melted thouroughly, stirring occasionally. Grab your favorite chips and dig in!
