Kickin Guacamole Yummy guacamole |
4 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed 2 tomatoes, diced 2 Tbls. minced onion 1 Tbls. lemon juice fresh chopped cilantro 1 package of guacamole mix all optional except the avacados!!!
Halve the ingredients. 2 avocados will serve 2-3 people...use as much or as little tomatoes etc. as you prefer...according to taste!
Mash the avocado in with the tomatoes, onion, a dash of chopped cilantro (optional), lemon juice, and add some Guacamole mix from an envelope, to taste. (I used Condord Foods brand).
Note: No salt needed especially if using the envelope seasoning.
Refrigerate for about an hour more or less! Meanwhile warm your favorite taco chips or Tostitos (Restaurant Style) in the oven, for 2 minutes, careful not to burn them!
Call all your friends and see who's ready for Sangria and Guacamole!
