Macho Nachos Nachos with a little umph |

Chips Sharp cheddar cheese Prepared taco meat with a little chiopotle chili powder added Chopped onion Salsa or Rotel tomatoes and chiles Chopped lettuce Taco sauce (optional)

Lay chips out flat on a microwavable plate. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese. Then cover with lots of taco meat. Cover all with chopped onion and salsa, or Rotel. Microwave until hot and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and drizzle a little taco sauce. Enjoy! Great for a quick dinner.
