Nachos ala Britt

1 jar of medium salsa 1 large bag of corn tortilla chips 1 small bag of blue chips 1 small bag of red chips 1 medium jar of medium or spicy nacho cheese 1 lb. ground turkey (or ground beef, your choice) sliced jalepeno peppers sliced black olives sour cream guacamole

Brown the ground turkey (or beef) in a skillet. Once the meat is browned, add it to the salsa and simmer until the liquid has evaporatd. Heat the nacho cheese in the microwave for about a minute or two, depending on the size of the jar. Arrange chips on a platter and drizzle cheese over them. Drizzle some of the meat mixture and then build another layer of chips. Drizzle more meat, then cheese. Top with sliced jalepeno peppers, black olives, and sparsley placed dollops of sour cream and guacamole. mmmm mmmmm good!! Serve while warm!!
