Orange Stuffed Shrimp succulent shrimp wraped in bacon |

20 large shrimp peeled, deveined,and butterflied
20 strips of bacon uncooked 1/2 cup prepared horseradish drained 1/2 cup orange marmalade teriaki sauce brown sugar tooth picks
|
Mix together horseraddish and marmelade in a small bowl. Put desired amount of mixture onto the back of the butterflied shrimp, and close slightly. Wrap the entire shrimp in a slice of bacon and secure with a tooth pick.
Place all prepared shrimp on a greased baking sheet not touching. Sprinkle with teriaki sauce and brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until bacon reaches desired crispiness. Remove tooth picks and enjoy hot, with plenty of napkins.
