Ground Beef,Ground pork,Accent, salt,medium onion, soft bread crumbs, milk,flour, butter, molasses, prepared mustard, vinegar, catchup,tabasco, oregano.

1 lb. Ground Beef 1 lb. Ground Pork 1 tsp. Accent 3/4 tsp. Salt 1 medium Onion-choped 1/2 Cup soft bread Crumbs 1/4 Cup milk 1 tabsp. flour 2 tabsp. Butter This makes about 30 meatballs,I usualy double the recipe. SAUCE 3/4 Cup. Molasses 3/4 Cup. Prepared Mustard 3/4 Cup. vinegar 1 Cup. Catchup 1/2 tsp. Tabasco 1/2 tsp. Oregano
In a bowl, mix meat, accent and salt. Add bread crumbs that have been soaked in milk. Mix lightly untill all are mixed well. Form into 3/4 inch balls. Roll in flour and brown (it will take more than 1 tabsp of flour) and brown in skillet or butter.
Sauce. Combine Molasses and mustard Mix well. Add Cinegar, Catchup, tobasco and Oregano. Mix untill smooth. Add to cooked meatballs andsimmer for 20 to 30 minutes. You can put in crock pot to keep warm and serve.
