Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce A zesty cheese sauce for tortilla chips or veggies |

4 oz. Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese 4 oz. 2% Milk 1 tbs. Butter 1 tbs. All Purpose Flour
|
Combine milk, butter and flour in a small saucepan over medium low heat and whisk until smooth and simmering. Add cheese. Whisk constantly until cheese is completely melted and sauce is smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite veggies.
