Polish Roses Cheese-Beef-Pickles
The Best Pickles Ever!
1 jar whole kosher pickles
1 bar cream cheese
1 jar dried beef (the package kinds, and hams don't do the trick)

Take cream cheese out of fridge to bring to room temperature. In the meantime drain pickles, and lay on paper towels, pat and air dry for about an hour.

When ready take one pickle and a hunk of cheese and mold around pickle until totally covered, should be about a 1/4 - 1/8 inch thick. This takes some practice, so be patient! Do this with all the pickles.

Then take the dried beef and wrap around the cheese coated pickles, rip some of the beef to fit into spaces.

Be generous you should have some left over. When done with the beef, cut each pickle into small rounds for easy eating!

I hope you enjoy!
