Queso Dip Cheese dip |

1 lb. ground meat 1 2lb. block velveeta cheese 2 cans rotel tomatoes or favorite salsa 1 cup sliced jalepeno peppers drained 1/2 cup milk (optional) 1 package taco seasoning

Brown groung meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain.Cut block of cheese into smaller cubes. Mix cheese and milk into medium suace pan over medium heat. Stir constantly. Once cheese has began melting, stir in the ground meat, peppers, rotel, and taco seasoning. Continue stirring until cheese is completely melted. Serve with chips or any Mexican dish.
