Refried Bean Dip 2

|
1 can refried beans 2 Tbls. sour cream 2 Tbls. garlic powder 2 jalapeno peppers chopped 4 Tbls. cooking oil 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|
Heat oil in skillet and add beans, jalapeno, and garlic powder; simmer until beans do not stick to the pan.
Spoon mixture into serving dish and mix with sour cream.
Garnish with shredded cheese.
