Roasted Oysters with Black Truffle Butter A romantic treat for two |

1 Dozen oysters, opened 2oz da Rosario USDA 100% Organic Black Truffle butter Coarse Sea Salt
|
Order one dozen oysters opened.
With small baking tray arrange opened oysters, place under broiler for a few minutes until they change color, and take out of oven.
Take a jar of 2oz da Rosario USDA 100% Organic Black Truffle butter and with an espresso spoon take a small amount of butter and place on top of each oyster.
Shut off oven and place tray back in. Watch closely until butter melts.
If this is for 2 people; place a layer of course salt on each plate and place oysters on top. Enjoy with champagne or prosecco.
