Sausage Balls

1 lb. sausage
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all three ingredients. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Excellent served with sweet mustard or nothing at all!
