Shrimp Parmesean A delicious, light fare |

Ingredients 1 lime, sliced 1 lb extra large raw shrimp (peeled & deveined) 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil 1 clove minced garlic 1 Tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese 1 Tsp fresh chopped basil

Directions -Cut four (4) thin slices of lime -Place lime slices on plate in diamond pattern -Add Olive oil to 10” skillet, preheat on Medium/High -Add garlic, reduce heat, sauté until garlic is soft (maximum 30 seconds) -Add peeled and deveined raw shrimp to skillet -Gently sauté until shrimp turn opaque/ pink in color (stir frequently to ensure even cooking) -Add Lawry’s seasoned salt, stir (5-7 seconds) -Add Parmesan cheese, stir (5-7 seconds) -Turn off stove -Place shrimp on lime slices -Garnish with 1/8 tsp fresh chopped basil (optional) -Serve
