Smoked Fish Pate
|

|
1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup finely chopped onion dash of salt and pepper 1 fillet smoked fish
|
Remove skin from fish, break into small pieces.
With hand mixer, mix all ingredients together. Best if made night before serving.
Chill and serve with crackers.
