Spinach & Artichoke Dip Appetizer |

2 packages frozen chopped spinach 1 onion chopped 1 stick of butter 4 ounces of heavy whipping cream 8 ounces of cream cheese 1 1/2 cans artichoke hearts drained and chopped 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper salt and pepper to taste 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese 4 ounces of shredded swiss cheese 4 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese 4 ounces of parmesan cheese 1 bag of tortilla chips

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Saute chopped onion and one stick of butter.
With a beater, beat whipping cream on medium speed and gradually fold in cream cheese until it forms a creamy mixture
Mix all remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Top with parmesan cheese and heat individual portions in the microwave until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips
