Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms with Bacon and Cream Cheese
1 pound of fresh mushrooms
1 pound lean bacon (low salt)
1 7oz cream cheese
4 slices of toast (crumbs)
1 medium size valdilla onion

 

For an easy recipe I use a food processor, combine following ingredients in a glass bowl for easy microwaving

Pre cook bacon to semi done, chop in food processor

Clean mushrooms and separate from stems, chop stems fine
Place the buttons up in a glass pie plate

Combine onion chopped fine
Microwave for 3 minutes turn, then 3 more minutes

Add Cream Cheese then mix in - Toast 4 slices of bread and chop fine into crumbs

Spoon into the caps, the consistency should be like a good dressing. All ingredients should be fine.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 4 mins, turn 4 mins...
Oh So Good! You will be a hit!
