Sugar n Spice Cereal Mix
A Different Twist to Chex Mix! |

1/2 cup margarine
6-7 cups Crispix Cereal
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup M&Ms
|
Heat oven to 250 degrees. In a large roasting pan, melt margarine in the oven, about 12-15 minutes. Toss cereal, peanuts, and raisins with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the cereal mixture. Toss to coat.
Bake stirring every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes. Cool. Stir in M&Ms.
