Sugar topped Mince Pies
Deep filled mince pies!
50 grams of lard
50 grams of butter
200 grams of plain flour
13 tsp of water
Mincemeat

First of all add the 200 grams of plain flour and 50 grams of lard and butter and mix untill like breadcrumbs do not rub it that it becomes warm add 13 tsp of water and knife it and then put together with your hands and when its together sprinkle your worksurface with plain flour and you will need a rolling pin and so with you pastrie (mixture) turn it quartre way and roll keep doing that and squeeze while doing. when finished you will need a cutter and a baking tray and when the pastry has been cut put each mincepie pastry into baking tray and fill with mince meat and put lids on. You will have to make a whole in the top or a slit so the tops do not explode. Put ontop milk to give it a brown look and sprinkle it with golden sugar! Cook at 180 degrees for 20 mins! And when done you will have beautiful brown, sugar topped, deep filled mincepies! MMmmmmm! Enjoy! Thank you!
