Texas Pickles Stuffed Jalepenos |

Jalepenos Cream Cheese Bacon, Pan Sausage, or whatever you want to mix with the cream cheese.
|
Split peppers lengthways and remove seeds and any of the white membrane.
Blance in sugar water for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and soak in sugar and ice water while preparing other ingredients.
Fry pan sausage and let cool. Then mix with room temperature cream cheese and spread on Jalepeno halves. Wrap with bacon and put on metal skewers. Cook on a BBQ until bacon is crispy!
