The Best Spinach Dip EVER!! lots of good stuff |

1-2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach 1 can water chestnuts 1 Knorr pkg of Leek Soup mixture 1 cup of sour cream 1 cup of mayo 3 fresh green onions, chopped
|
1. Empty frozen spinach into a bowl. Microwave, for about 2-2 1/2 minutes then drain in a colander with a fork.
2. empty spinach into a big bowl, with chopped water chestnuts.
3. in a separate bowl, empty 1 cup of mayo and 1 cup of sour cream, then add leak soup mixture.
4. beat well with a spatula, then add spinach, chopped green onions and chestnuts.
5. empty the spinach dip into a hollowed-out sourdough bread bowl. (with an extra cut up baguette on the side)
6. VOILA! spinach dip is as yummy as ever and ready to eat!
